Technology and image quality here is incredible. Frankly, though, Samsung worst customer service I have ever seen. The basis of this unit was broken upon arrival. Samsung informed me that does not include any physical defects, even if the manufacturer of the box and the box was defective. They were rude and Nasty to me on the phone. Seller Amazon replaced the TV for me, fortunately. TV is really a great device, but if you are bothered by the corporate bureaucracy when it comes to customer service, rude, buy something else. I am very satisfied with the product. This telvision useful. I highly recommend this product !!!!!! The remote and menu software are well designed, so you have to go too far in the menu to adjust the settings. Prices in the Atlanta area range from $ 800 to $ 712 Frye's Electronics HH Gregg.
