This is a brand new TV for the Series 6, to be exact and I've heard people say that a normal thing Samsung, but I just want to know with certainty.

I discovered that almost everything is too dark. I set the brightness on setting higher and I think I can go even higher if he did. THX Optimizer to adjust to the brightness is where you can see only 7 squares dark and I can only see about 5 frames with the brightness at max. Any sympathizers or suggestions?

Does anyone know how to turn off the speakers on a HDTV Samsung LCD? I have a Sony surround sound system connected to it and the only way to get the full power out of my system and turn off the TV speakers. Does anyone know how?
